Sean Low
Co-founder of Noah
Co-founded by Sean Low and Ethel Tan, Noah is Singapore’s first and largest digital platform for all things men’s health. An inclusive, zero judgement space where men can seek treatment for highly stigmatised yet prevalent conditions in sexual, aesthetic, mental health and overall well-being.
Healthcare is made more accessible to thousands of men registered on the platform, connecting them to licensed doctors, prescription medication with proven efficacy, and follow-up care to check-in on their progress or fine-tune their treatment plan. One thing men of Singapore value more than anything is discretion, which is why the service is discreet from start to finish – from privacy and data protection at login, to payment and delivery of medication in a non-descript package. Noah brings a discreet, affordable and convenient way to get treatment.
Shruti Dwivedi
Founder of Dear Doc
Dear Doc makes healthcare easy for women - convenient, discreet, and affordable. It currently offers judgement-free medical care for birth control. Dear Doc was founded by Shruti Dwivedi in June 2020. Being Asian, and having lived in Asia her entire life in countries like Singapore, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, she understands the sensitivities and stigmas around topics related to women’s health, and the barriers that prevent women from getting the care they need. Working in the Women's Health space in Asia for around 10 years gave her further opportunity to closely observe the gaps in countries across the region. She left her corporate role to use her experience and learnings to bridge these gaps, and founded Dear Doc to work towards this mission.
Xi Liu
CEO and Founder of Ferne Health
Xi grew up in China, and moved to the United States at 22. The first time when her primary doctor suggested she should do a full check of STDs during her annual exam, she was very surprised, even a little shocked. In her mind it should only be recommended to people who constantly have multiple sexual partners, those who live a “high-risk” lifestyle. Driven by curiosity, she started having more conversations of sexual health with her friends. The lack of sex education and culture stigma of sexual health are way more concerning in Asia, which eventually drove her to take matters into her own hands and found Ferne Health in 2019 to build a more accessible healthcare solution for sexual health.
