About 1 in 10 Gonorrhea infected men, or 5 in 10 infected women will not experience any obvious symptoms, and most people infected with chlamydia do not notice any symptoms. Like other STDs, both can pass on through unprotected sex and are very common among sexually active people. Therefore, it's recommended that you get tested every year or when you change sexual partners. Mail-in a small urine or swab sample for certified lab results in a matter of days.

Gonorrhea Symptoms
In women, gonorrhoea can cause pain or a burning sensation when urinating, a vaginal discharge (watery, yellow or green), pain in the lower abdomen during or after sex, and bleeding during or after sex or between periods, sometimes causing heavy periods.
In men, gonorrhoea can cause pain or a burning sensation when urinating, a white, yellow or green discharge from the tip of the penis, and pain or tenderness in the testicles.
Chlamydia Symptoms
In women, Chlamydia can cause pain or burning sensation during urination, pain in the lower abdomen during or after sex, bleeding during or after sex, and abnormal vaginal discharge and bleeding.
In men, Chlamydia can cause pain or burning sensation during urination, white/cloudy/watery discharge from the tip of the penis, and pain in the testicles.
Gonorrhea and Chlamydia in the Rectum, Throat, or Eyes
Both men and women can develop an infection in the rectum, throat, or eyes by having unprotected anal or oral sex. Infection in the rectum can cause discomfort, pain, or discharge. Infection in the eyes can cause irritation, pain, swelling, and discharge, and infection in the throat usually causes no symptoms.
If infected semen or vaginal fluid comes into contact with the eyes, you can also develop conjunctivitis.
